What you'll do
- Lead advisory engagements focused on business planning, financial restructuring, and turnaround support
- Develop, review, and assess integrated business plans for restructuring, refinancing, recovery, and investor discussions
- Oversee complex three-statement financial models to forecast performance and assess funding requirements
- Coordinate industry and market research supporting business-plan and strategic-initiative evaluations
- Oversee reports and client presentations for quality, consistency, and clarity
- Guide junior team members, provide feedback, and support their technical development
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to actionable recommendations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Financial modeling, financial analysis, and financial accounting principles
- Business planning, financial restructuring, and turnaround support
- Industry and market research
- Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Greek language, English language, and client relationship management
- Accounting and Finance / Banking / Business Administration / Economics
