What you'll do
- Review current business processes, perform target-state analysis, and define business requirements.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for reporting solutions.
- Design and implement automated regulatory reporting and calculation processes using SQL and Python.
- Configure, customize, develop, and integrate risk management solutions.
- Configure and integrate reporting software to generate regulatory reports and disclosures.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Compose policy and procedures documentation.
- Produce user manuals and train end users.
- Perform testing and quality assurance.
- Communicate with clients, provide guidance, and build trusted professional relationships.
- Assist with project management, including project charters, plans, status reports, and monitoring.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Regulatory reporting, Financial risk management & Asset and Liability Management
- SQL, Python & ETL tools
- Risk management solutions, Business requirements analysis & Functional and technical specifications
- Testing and quality assurance, Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client relationship management & Project management
- MS Office & English and Greek communication
- Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Science / Engineering / Computer Science / Business Analytics / Risk Management
