What you'll do
- Execute technical accounting work on projects
- Identify and address client needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support engagement manager with engagement economics and administration
- Prepare and assist in preparing complex written and verbal materials
- Conduct research and analysis on accounting standards and financial reporting
- Advise on complex accounting issues, transactions, and deals including financial instruments, insurance accounting, and business combinations
- Support execution of capital markets transactions including debt and equity offerings
- Perform financial analysis and provide pre- and post-transaction advice
- Serve as key contact for client engagements delivering high-quality actionable insights
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- IFRS and Financial Reporting expertise
- Financial Services Industry Knowledge
- Accounting Analysis including business combinations, financial instruments, and insurance accounting
- Capital Markets Transactions experience including IPOs and debt offerings
- Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Client Relationship Management and Engagement Economics and Administration
- Accounting & Finance / Business Administration / Related disciplinespreferred
