What you'll do
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and training
- Ensure staff follow service standards and procedures
- Monitor guest experiences and address concerns promptly
- Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels
- Facilitate effective staff communication for smooth service delivery
- Participate in staff scheduling and maintain a positive work environment
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Restaurant and hospitality supervision
- Leadership and staff training
- Customer service and guest complaint resolution
- Food and beverage operations and inventory management
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency and attention to detail
