What you'll do
- Lead restaurant operations, including staffing levels, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to uphold brand values and service standards
- Implement food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service procedures
- Coordinate menu planning, promotions, and special events with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager
- Monitor local competition and recommend improvements to remain competitive
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and satisfactorily
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations management, staffing management, inventory management, budget management, and financial reporting
- Team management and supervision, employee training and coaching
- Food and beverage service procedures and food and beverage quality control
- Menu planning and promotions
- Guest complaint resolution and service standards compliance
- Forecasting and English fluency
