What you'll do
- Lead, inspire, coach and develop the Kyma Pool & Beach team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
- Manage labour scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory and cost control
- Build strong relationships with guests and create memorable experiences
- Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure quality
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service recovery situations promptly
- Monitor outlet performance through reports and analytics to improve revenue and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hygiene procedures
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings, performance reviews and training initiatives
- Work with Housekeeping, Engineering, Stewarding and Purchasing to maintain operational standards

- Restaurant Management in luxury food & beverage operations
- Team Leadership, coaching and development skills
- Food & Beverage Knowledge and guest service excellence
- Labour Scheduling, Payroll Management, Budgeting and Cost Control
- Communication Skills, Organizational Skills and Problem Solving
- Health & Safety Compliance and Performance Review experience
- Training & Development capabilities
