What you'll do
- Lead restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to uphold brand values and service standards
- Implement food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service procedures
- Coordinate menu planning, promotions, and special events with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager
- Monitor local competition and recommend improvements to remain competitive
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and satisfactorily
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations management, inventory management, budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Team management and supervision; staff training and coaching
- Food and beverage service procedures and quality control
- Service standards and guest complaint resolution
- Menu planning and promotions; competition analysis
- English language fluency
