What you'll do
- Manage housekeeping and laundry operations and lead the housekeeping team
- Maintain housekeeping and laundry standards and procedures across the property
- Build effective working relationships with other departments to support communication and cooperation
- Create and maintain work schedules aligned with property occupancy levels
- Monitor and control cleaning supplies and linen inventory
- Inspect equipment and machinery regularly and arrange necessary maintenance
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Housekeeping management and housekeeping and laundry operations
- Team management, leadership, and staff training and mentoring
- Communication and organizational skills
- Time management and work scheduling
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and working under pressure
- Inventory control, equipment inspection and maintenance, and computer programs
