What you'll do
- Manage housekeeping and laundry operations and lead the housekeeping team
- Implement and maintain housekeeping and laundry standards and procedures
- Build effective working relationships with other departments
- Create and maintain work schedules aligned with property occupancy
- Monitor and control cleaning supplies and linen inventory
- Inspect equipment and machinery regularly and ensure proper maintenance
- Train, mentor and support housekeeping staff
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Housekeeping and laundry operations
- Team management, Leadership & Staff training and mentoring
- Communication & English fluency
- Organizational skills, Time management & Work scheduling
- Attention to detail, Multitasking & Working under pressure
- Inventory control & Computer programs
