What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and orderliness
- Collaborate with front desk staff to support guest satisfaction
- Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Schedule staff and assign tasks for efficient resource use
- Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Housekeeping team supervision; cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Room and public-area inspection; cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Staff scheduling and task assignment; housekeeping inventory management
- Health and safety regulations; independent decision-making
- English language fluency; front desk collaboration
- Housekeeping policies and procedures
