What you'll do
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety, food handling, and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
Key requirements
- Cooking, food preparation, and knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Food safety and sanitation
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Kitchen operations and kitchen equipment operation
- Organizational skills, multitasking, and working under pressure
- Communication and interpersonal skills
