What you'll do
- Prepare and cook varied dishes according to recipes and company standards
- Store, label, and organize food items properly
- Monitor food and kitchen supply inventory levels
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and concepts
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Assist with training and developing junior kitchen staff
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cooking techniques and food and ingredient knowledge
- Recipe adherence and food quality control
- Food storage and labeling
- Inventory management
- Menu development
- Food safety and sanitation; kitchen cleanliness and organization; multitasking
