What you'll do
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and company standards
- Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and organized
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and concepts
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Follow all sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cooking techniques and recipe adherence
- Food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Inventory management and food storage and labeling
- Food quality control and attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Multitasking and training junior staff
