What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures for consistent beverage quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Complete daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support service and operations
Key requirements
- Mixology techniques; beverage preparation and service
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and ingredients; standard recipe adherence
- Food safety and hygiene compliance; bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Customer service; communication skills; English fluency
- Cash and card transaction handling; bar inventory management
- Multitasking; teamwork; attention to detail
