What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and well stocked
- Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures for consistent beverage quality
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
- Complete daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support service and operations
Key requirements
- Mixology techniques and alcoholic beverage knowledge
- Beverage preparation and service
- Customer service and communication
- Food safety and hygiene compliance; cleanliness and organization
- Bar inventory management; bar setup and breakdown
- Cash and card transaction handling; teamwork and multitasking; attention to detail; English fluency
