What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures for consistent beverage quality
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Support bar inventory management and restocking
- Complete daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support service and operations
Key requirements
- Mixology techniques and alcoholic beverage knowledge
- Beverage preparation and service
- Customer service and communication
- Food safety and hygiene compliance, cleanliness
- Cash and card transaction handling, bar inventory management
- Bar setup and breakdown, multitasking, teamwork, English language, hotel service procedures
