What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures for consistent beverage quality
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Complete daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support service and operations
Key requirements
- Mixology techniques and beverage preparation and service
- Alcoholic beverage knowledge and standard recipe adherence
- Customer service and communication
- Food safety and hygiene compliance; bar setup and cleaning
- Cash and card transactions; bar inventory management
- Team collaboration, multitasking, and English
