What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures for consistent beverage quality
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Assist with bar inventory management and restocking
- Complete daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support service and operations
Key requirements
- Mixology techniques and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and ingredients
- Customer service and communication
- Food safety and hygiene compliance
- Bar inventory management and bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Cash and card transaction handling, multitasking, teamwork, and English fluency
