What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Schedule staff and assign tasks for efficient resource use
- Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Housekeeping team supervision; staff training and coaching
- Cleaning and maintenance procedures; cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Organizational skills; time management
- Communication skills; interpersonal skills
- Housekeeping supplies and inventory management; guest satisfaction
- Health and safety regulations; independent work; decision-making; English fluency
