What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of company facilities including stores, offices, equipment, and infrastructure
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and technical services
- Manage relationships and performance of external service providers for cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, workplace standards, and company policies
- Monitor facilities contracts, service levels, and vendor agreements
- Participate in renovations, relocations, workplace improvements, and expansion projects
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve workplace functionality, employee experience, and operational efficiency
- Track facilities expenses, budgets, and cost-control measures
- Act as main point of contact for facility-related issues and business continuity
- Support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational services
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Assist in negotiating pricing, service terms, and contracts for cost efficiencies
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and support procurement budget management
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Facilities Management and Procurement skills
- Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation experience
- Budget Management and Cost Optimization abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong Organizational, Analytical, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
- Teamwork capability in a fast-paced environment
- Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Any Fieldpreferred

Managing relationships and performance of external service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities vendors
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, workplace standards, and company policies
Monitoring facilities-related contracts, service levels, and vendor agreements
Participating in company’s renovations, relocations, workplace improvements, and expansion projects
Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve workplace functionality, employee experience, and operational efficiency

Procurement
Supporting the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational services
Sourcing, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers
Assisting in negotiating pricing, service terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies
Tracking purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
Monitoring inventory levels and supporting procurement budget management
Maintaining supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Procurement
Solid understanding of procurement processes and facilities operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in vendor management and negotiation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Results-oriented and detail-focused
Ability to work well in a team, fast-paced environment and present a professional demeanor
