What you'll do
- Contribute to updating Emergency Response, Business Continuity, and Evacuation plans for all airports
- Assist in coordinating and evaluating emergency response, Business Continuity, and evacuation exercises according to regulations
- Assist in planning and managing organisation, infrastructure, and equipment relevant to emergency response
- Develop and maintain emergency response related systems such as Mass Notification and reporting systems
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Emergency Response Planning, Business Continuity Planning, and Evacuation Planning
- MS Office and analysis and reporting tools proficiency
- Coordination Skills and Emergency Response Systems Management
- Knowledge of ICAO and EASA Standards
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Business Administrationpreferred

About the job
We are currently looking for a Crisis Planning Specialist for the development and the coordination of the Crisis Planning (Emergency response, Business Continuity and Evacuation planning) in all airports operated by Fraport Greece.
The role is located in our Headquarters in Marousi.
What you will be doing:
Contributes to the update of the relevant Emergency Response plans, the Business Continuity Plans and the Evacuation plans of all airports.
Assists in the Coordination and evaluation of emergency response, Business Continuity and evacuation exercises of the airports, according to national and international regulations.
Assists in the planning and management of all organisation-, infrastructure-, and facilities/system/equipment relevant to the emergency response.
Develops and keeps up to date all systems of the sections related to the emergency response (Mass notification System, reporting system etc.).
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Aviation Experience or experience in Emergency Response Planning / Business Continuity
Skillful use of administrative applications (i.e.MS Office, analysis and reporting tools)
Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level)
College or bachelor’s degree, or business equivalent qualification will be considered an asset
Knowledge of the relevant international and national standards and recommendations, ICAO, EASA, etc. and their interpretation will be considered and asset
