We are looking for a motivated Quality & Risk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the firm’s quality and risk management activities, contribute to compliance processes, and help maintain accurate documentation and monitoring records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys structured work, collaboration, and being part of initiatives that enhance how a firm operates.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Support day-to-day Quality & Risk Management activities, including documentation, monitoring tasks and reporting updates.
Help organize, track, and maintain information related to quality assessments, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with various internal teams to gather information, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure compliance timelines are met.
To be successful in this role you need the following:
University degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, compliance, internal audit, or a similar area.
Strong attention to detail and an organized, structured way of working.
Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal).
Good project management and time‑management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Military obligations completed (if applicable).
