CrediaBank is seeking a Policies Integration Executive, focused on the development, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Group Risk Management Policies and Frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices across the CrediaBank Group. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of the Risk regulatory and supervisory framework and strong analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
• Monitor the evolving regulatory and supervisory framework and perform gap analysis to identify deviations related to risk management practices
• Develop and maintain an annual policy and framework update plan
• Draft new risk management policies and frameworks or update existing ones, in close collaboration with the relevant Risk Management functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Review and amend risk management policies to ensure consistency and alignment across the Group and with other key Bank documents (e.g. Board Committees’ mandates, Executive Committees’ responsibilities)
• Promote, where possible, the harmonisation of Group policies across subsidiaries, taking into account local regulatory constraints (e.g. national laws or supervisory requirements)
• Document risk management processes in cooperation with the competent Risk Management units
Qualifications
• University degree in Economics, STEM or Engineering disciplines
• Master’s degree or professional certification in a relevant field (preferred)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent computer literacy, with strong use of MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a banking environment, including a minimum of 3 years in a Credit Risk Management function
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
