What you'll do
- Support daily People & Culture administration, documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Assist with recruitment activities, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, resume screening, and reporting
- Support employer branding, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment events
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, and learning and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives
- Collect and analyze data, prepare presentations, support internal communications, and contribute to projects
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy
Key requirements
- Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Recruitment coordination and employer branding
- Onboarding and learning and development
- Employee engagement and internal communications
- HR administration
- Data privacy and confidentiality; English language
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Tourism / Hotel Management / Human Resource Managementpreferred
