What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day operation of Taverna 37 ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences
- Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop the restaurant team
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, labour planning, and operational administration
- Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Purchasing, Housekeeping, and Engineering for smooth operations
- Lead the team during service ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards
- Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and personalizing experiences
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction and take corrective actions
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
- Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage products, Greek cuisine, wines, and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with standards, health & safety regulations, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance evaluations
Key requirements
- Leadership and Team Development skills
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Food & Beverage Knowledge with Greek Cuisine and Wines familiarity
- Operational Administration and Inventory Management skills
- Guest Service expertise
- Health & Safety Compliance knowledge
- Multilingual Fluency in English and preferably Greek
