Key requirements

  • 3+ years' experience
  • Hospitality Management including shipboard restaurant operations
  • Leadership and team building for multicultural teams
  • English communication skills for clear team and guest interaction
  • Proficiency in PC based databases, spreadsheets and word processing systems
  • Guest service and customer satisfaction focus
  • Knowledge of public health policies and safety regulations
  • Scheduling, performance reviews and inventory management
  • Stress resistance and flexibility under pressure
  • Hospitality Managementpreferred
