Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hospitality Management including shipboard restaurant operations
- Leadership and team building for multicultural teams
- English communication skills for clear team and guest interaction
- Proficiency in PC based databases, spreadsheets and word processing systems
- Guest service and customer satisfaction focus
- Knowledge of public health policies and safety regulations
- Scheduling, performance reviews and inventory management
- Stress resistance and flexibility under pressure
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
