At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join the Pelagos Michelin-starred Restaurant for the Season 2026.
This role is essential in supporting the culinary team at Pelagos, contributing to the preparation of refined Mediterranean cuisine under the direction of Chef Luca Piscazzi, in an environment defined by precision, creativity, and excellence.

What You Will Do
Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, and instructions from the Sous Chef within the Pelagos kitchen.
Support the execution of refined dishes in line with Michelin-star standards and Chef Luca Piscazzi’s culinary vision.
Assist in ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion standards at all times.
Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas.
Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, ingredient preparation, and stock handling.
Work closely with the culinary team to uphold the highest standards of quality, precision, and timing.
Assist in the preparation of special requests and seasonal menu elements.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards in line with Four Seasons policies and Michelin expectations.
What You Bring
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
Previous experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens, is an advantage.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and high-end culinary standards.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
Food Safety / Sanitation certification is an asset.
Passion for gastronomy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a high-performance kitchen environment.
