What you'll do
- Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver memorable dining experiences that meet or exceed expectations
- Inspect the dining room, table settings, chairs, and floors for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Correct service, maintenance, cleanliness, or safety issues immediately
- Welcome guests and assist with seating
- Check tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Supervise dining room staff and maintain consistent service standards
- Ensure daily side work is completed and dining room supplies are stocked
- Report supply shortages to the Food and Beverage Manager
- Train new hires on service standards, menu items, POS system, and upselling
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality service and guest experiences
- Complete opening and closing reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- POS system and cash register operation

- Food and beverage operations, menu knowledge
- Cleanliness and safety inspection, inventory and supply management, opening and closing reports
