What you'll do
- Anticipate members’ needs and ensure service meets or exceeds expectations
- Inspect dining areas, table settings, chairs, and floors for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Take immediate action to correct identified issues
- Receive and greet guests and assist with seating
- Check tables throughout service to monitor guest satisfaction
- Supervise dining room staff and maintain uniform service standards
- Ensure daily side work is completed and dining room supplies are stocked
- Report supply shortages to the F&B Manager
- Train new hires on service standards, menu items, POS system, and upselling
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality service and guest experiences
- Complete opening and closing reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Restaurant service supervision, organizational skills, and multitasking
- Guest satisfaction, communication skills, and active listening
- English language and wine knowledge
- POS system and cash register operation
- Inventory and supply monitoring
- Restaurant cleanliness and safety, service standards training, and upselling
