Cost Control and financial performance awareness
Wine Knowledge for confident recommendations and pairings
Communication Skills in English and Greek, additional languages advantageous
Organizational Skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment
Health and Safety Compliance
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Hospitality Management / Related Fieldpreferred
