What you'll do
- Welcome guests at the main entrance and greet them appropriately
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
- Deliver guests’ baggage, messages and packages, and respond to guest requests
- Receive, store and record guest luggage and attach luggage tags
- Guide guests to the reception desk and assist them while they wait
- Transfer baggage between rooms when guests change rooms
- Clean and maintain the luggage room and work area
- Report malfunctioning equipment to the reception desk
- Maintain the appearance of the hotel lobby and entrance
- Perform other assigned duties
