What you'll do
- Welcome guests at the main entrance and greet them appropriately
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
- Deliver baggage, messages and packages to guests
- Receive, tag, store and record guest luggage
- Guide guests to the Reception Desk and assist them while waiting
- Transfer baggage between rooms when guests change rooms
- Clean and maintain the baggage room and work area
- Report malfunctioning equipment to the Reception Desk
- Maintain the appearance of the hotel lobby and entrance
- Perform other assigned duties
