What you'll do
- Welcome all guests politely and warmly
- Assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
- Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently and promptly
- Escort guests to their rooms and place luggage inside
- Develop knowledge of resort and hotel facilities, services and the local area
- Respond excellently to all requests
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- English language
- Customer service, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Luggage handling and guest escorting
- Local area knowledge and hotel and resort facilities knowledge
- European Union driving licence
- Personal presentation and personal hygiene
