What you'll do
- Prepare cocktails and other drinks using a wide range of ingredients
- Take beverage orders and serve drinks with close attention to detail
- Fulfil guest requests promptly
- Assess customer preferences and recommend drinks
- Interact with guests to provide a positive and friendly experience
- Collect payment for drinks served
- Keep the bar stocked with beverages, mixers, ice, glassware and accessories
- Clean the bar, tables, chairs and work area to maintain sanitary conditions
- Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Order liquor, beer, wine and other supplies
- Prepare sliced fruit garnishes for drinks
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
