What you'll do
- Prepare cocktails and other beverages using a wide range of ingredients
- Take beverage orders and serve drinks as requested with close attention to detail
- Fulfil guest requests promptly
- Assess guest preferences and recommend drinks
- Interact with guests to provide a positive and friendly experience
- Collect payment for drinks served
- Keep the bar stocked with beverages, mixers, ice, glassware and accessories
- Clean the bar, tables, chairs and work area
- Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Order liquor, beer, wine and other supplies
- Prepare fruit garnishes for drinks
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
