What you'll do
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for hospitality projects from initial idea to final execution
- Plan and manage hotel design and renovation projects, including upgrades to existing properties
- Prepare, read, amend and draw plans, layouts and detailed drawings in AutoCAD
- Produce photorealistic renderings and visual presentations for management and stakeholders
- Design lighting studies and solutions using DIALux
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with brand standards
- Manage procurement and purchasing by sourcing suppliers, comparing offers and following up on orders and deliveries
- Coordinate projects with contractors, consultants and suppliers to meet time, budget and scope requirements
- Supervise on-site implementation of architectural and interior designs
- Organize project tasks and schedules, and report project milestones to management
- Review technical contract terms and ensure compliance with Greek building laws and regulations
- Collaborate across departments to align projects with company goals and business priorities
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Architectural and interior design; Hotel design and renovation
- AutoCAD; DIALux; Photorealistic rendering
- Project coordination; Multi-project management
- Procurement and purchasing; Supplier and contractor coordination
- On-site supervision; Project budget and timeline control; Project scheduling
- Greek building laws and regulations; Materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment selection; Contract technical terms review
- Architecture / Interior Designpreferred
