What you'll do
- Design functional and stylish kitchen designs tailored to customer lifestyle and needs
- Deliver compelling design presentations and close sales confidently
- Manage customer journey from initial consultation to final installation
- Advise clients on payment options and facilitate payment processing
- Coordinate with installers, contractors, and logistics teams
- Maintain customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
- Stay informed on market competitors, pricing, and trends
- Coordinate project teams to ensure smooth delivery and on-time execution
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Skills in kitchen design and interior design
- Proficient in design software such as TriCAD and ArchiCAD
- Strong digital technology skills
- Customer journey management and customer follow-up
- Sales skills with payment process management
- Project coordination and collaboration with service providers
- Market awareness
- Kitchen and Interior Design
