What you'll do
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for hotel and hospitality projects
- Plan and manage hotel design and renovation projects, including property upgrades
- Prepare, read, amend and draw plans, layouts and detailed drawings in AutoCAD
- Produce photorealistic renderings and visual presentations for management and stakeholders
- Design lighting studies and solutions using DIALux
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment to meet 5-star standards
- Source suppliers, compare offers, and follow up on procurement orders and deliveries
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope
- Supervise the on-site implementation of architectural and interior designs
- Organize project tasks and schedules, and report milestones to management
- Review contract terms and ensure compliance with Greek building laws and regulations
- Collaborate across departments to align projects with company goals and priorities
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Architectural and interior design; Hotel design and renovation
- AutoCAD; Photorealistic rendering; DIALux
- Project coordination; Contractor and supplier coordination; Multitasking
- Procurement and purchasing; Materials and finishes selection
- On-site supervision; Project budget management; Project timeline management; Project scheduling
- Greek building laws and regulations
- Architecture / Interior Designpreferred
