We are seeking for a dynamic Business Planning Senior Officer to join our Retail Strategy & Growth Business Planning Team, within our Retail Strategy & Growth Business Unit.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of a central PMO-driven function and you will be responsible for translating business priorities into structured plans, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring effective execution and alignment across units.
Your key responsibilities will be:

You will be a great candidate if you:
Have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or transformation roles, preferably within banking or financial services
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or similar) will be considered an asset
Are experienced in managing cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
Have strong project management and structuring skills, with an execution-driven mindset
Are proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) and familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
Are fluent in English language
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholders
