About the job

Your role as a CRM Delivery Lead in Deloitte Digital will focus on helping our clients identify and solve their most critical challenges through technology. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a CRM Delivery Lead, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CRM transformations, mapping client business needs to system capabilities using Agile or hybrid methodologies

  • Guide the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud CRM solutions, ensuring technical requirements align leveraging best practices and contemporary tools/methods

  • Oversee project financials, budgets, and governance compliance to ensure high-quality deliverables and profitable engagements

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing continuous feedback and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture

  • Support business development by contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for prospective clients

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and Deloitte technical professionals to drive user adoption and manage evolving requirements

  • Stay ahead of CRM trends and maintain professional certifications to leverage the latest platform enhancements for our clients


#WinningRequirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (post-graduate degree is a plus)

  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment, specifically leading CRM-focused digital transformation projects

  • Proven expertise in project management principles, including budget control, profitability monitoring, and contract terminology

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business objectives into functional system designs

  • Salesforce experience and/or certifications will be considered a strong plus

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and coaching multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek

  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous professional development

  • Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable.
