The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Managing change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Reporting and escalate to management as needed

  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks

  • Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Meeting with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

The key requirements of this role are:

  • 3-5 years of experience with proven track record in project management in banking and /or consulting

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or related discipline

  • Professional qualifications such as PMP or Prince 2, will be consider as a strong asset 

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, from conception to delivery

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Capable of working well under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
