What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise services affecting the hospitality experience of patients and guests
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with hospitality standards across relevant operations
- Resolve issues related to comfort, cleanliness, catering, and daily patient and visitor experience
- Manage requests, incidents, and issues effectively and safely
- Supervise and guide staff supporting hospitality services
- Coordinate external providers and delivered services when required
- Contribute to procedures and practices that enhance patient and guest experience

- Quality standards compliance and healthcare hospitality standards
- Hospitality services supervision and team supervision and guidance
