What you'll do
- Manage and serve requests related to the use of Epsilon Net Payroll applications
- Handle customer requests via phone, live chat, and social media
- Utilize modern tools to ensure excellent customer service and training
- Collaborate with the team to provide optimal customer experience
- Support continuous customer education on payroll applications
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience in payroll departments of accounting offices or company accounting
- Knowledge of labor and insurance legislation
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer support skills
