- Serve customer requests via phone, live chat, and social media using modern tools
- Ensure excellent customer service and client training regarding Payroll software usage
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Payroll knowledge relevant to accounting offices or company accounting departments
- Labour and insurance legislation knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
