What you'll do
- Manage and resolve requests related to the use of Payroll applications for accounting offices and company payroll departments
- Provide customer service through phone, live chat, and social media platforms using modern tools
- Ensure excellent customer support and training for clients
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service and continuous improvement
- Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience supporting Payroll applications and processes in accounting or payroll departments
- Knowledge of labor law and insurance legislation
- Strong written communication and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer service and communication skills including handling social media platforms
- Accountingpreferred
