What you'll do
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System including ISO certifications
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and certification obligations
- Support development, implementation, and review of IMS policies, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate internal audits and support external audits
- Monitor and report IMS Key Performance Indicators and compliance metrics
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives across Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Sustainability systems
- Train and support employees on IMS requirements, procedures, and compliance activities
- Ensure effective document control and management of IMS records
- Participate in risk assessments and compliance evaluations
- Support sustainability and environmental reporting activities including ESG initiatives
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure effective implementation of management system requirements
Key requirements
- ISO Management Systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Management Systems Compliance Processes and Auditing/Internal Audits
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Continuous Improvement
- Document Control and Management and Key Performance Indicators Monitoring
- Risk Assessment and Environmental Health & Safety Management
- English Language Proficiency and Analytical, Organizational, Collaboration, and Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Sustainability Reporting and ESG
- Engineering / Environmental Science / Chemistry / Materials Science / Business Administrationpreferred
