What you'll do
- Design business processes and employee experience journeys
- Translate business needs into system requirements
- Prepare and participate in SuccessFactors iteration workshops
- Configure SuccessFactors solutions
- Conceptualize SuccessFactors technical integration with customer system landscapes
- Control and support testing cycles and rollouts
- Participate in sales and presales activities
- Manage your work against the project plan
- Understand clients’ businesses, sector trends, and leading practices
- Diagnose problems, analyze them, and develop client solutions
- Present ideas clearly to build confidence among teams and clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients from varied backgrounds
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration and SAP SuccessFactors
- Business process design and requirements analysis
- Technical integration and testing and rollout support
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- English communication, Greek communication, and presentation skills
- Business acumen, agile teamwork, and sales and presales
- Human Resource Management / Computer Science / Social Sciences / Business Administrationpreferred
