What you'll do
- Support SAP implementation projects and maintain the project team roster and onboarding process
- Maintain the team on-site plan and vacation calendar
- Help define project management processes and quality standards
- Plan major phases, milestones, and deliverables across the implementation lifecycle
- Apply project management methodologies and tools
- Maintain the workshop plan and schedule workshops based on participant availability
- Maintain deliverables, status reports, meeting minutes, timesheets, and project documentation
- Support project planning, monitor execution, and communicate with stakeholders on activities and deliverables
- Monitor project risks, actions, issues, and mitigation actions
- Support team members with project management tools such as JIRA
