What you'll do
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work programs
- Support project teams in planning, progress monitoring, and schedule reporting
- Update project schedules and track project performance against baselines
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and verify progress data
- Identify schedule deviations and support development of recovery and mitigation plans
- Participate in project control and planning meetings
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping of planning and scheduling activities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Working knowledge of MS Project and project scheduling principles
- Experience with project controls and construction project lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Skills in progress and schedule reporting
- Documentation and record-keeping capabilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Coordination with project teams
- Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
