What you'll do
- Support project planning activities using Oracle Primavera P6 to develop and maintain schedules and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with technical teams to align with milestones and deliverables
- Prepare progress reports, planning updates, and project documentation
- Participate in project meetings and collect progress updates from site and technical teams
- Maintain and update planning data, trackers, and reporting tools for accurate project information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of activities
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and maintaining organized planning records
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS-Office Suite
- Skilled in project planning, project scheduling, and resource planning
- Experienced in progress reporting and project documentation
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and participating in meetings
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
